Privacy policy and data treatment

Dear Guest,
we wish to inform you, pursuant to Article 13 of the Privacy Code (Legislative Decree 196/2003), that your personal data will be processed fairly and transparently, for lawful purposes and to protect your privacy and your rights.
The processing will also be carried out with the aid of computerised means for the following purposes:

to fulfil the obligation provided for in Article 109 of R.D. 18.6.1931 no. 773, which requires us to register and communicate to the Police Headquarters the personal details of guests staying at the hotel;

-to fulfil current administrative, accounting and tax obligations;

-to carry out the function of receiving messages and telephone calls addressed to you;

-to speed up registration procedures in the event of your subsequent stays at our hotel.

-to send you our promotional messages and updates on our rates and offers.

We would also like to inform you that the provision of your data for the processing referred to in points 1 and 2 is obligatory, and in the event of your refusal to provide such data, we will not be able to accommodate you in our hotel.

If you wish us to process your data in accordance with points 3, 4 and 5, you must give us your consent. You may, however, later withdraw your consent by objecting to the processing.
